I wish they would leave a voicemail message when they ring. I just missed their call and as there was no message I assumed it was a scam call. we get a lot and would never ring the number back unless there was a message left saying who it was and why they were ringing. but I would ring 150 from the landline if I'd known it was virgin regarding my problem. only trouble is that you can be waiting for over an hour before you get an answer! not happy with virgin at all.

Hi guys.. We all keep getting these calls!! I know its annoying, illegal, upsetting, etc.. I get probably 5-10 on a daily basis, ranging from PPi, boilers, hearing aids, accidents and many more! When you tell them ur not interested, this is the worst thing you can do, because they WILL NEVER DELETE YOUR NUMBER!! They gets commissions just for contacting you!! So this is what I do now.... Glad I ignored it as the first few calls only my children had my number so it was not anyone or business I knew.
