They will claim to be calling from O2 (if you tell them you're not with O2, they'll change the story and say they're calling from your network provider/carphone warehouse/some other lie). They will try to solicit personal information and bank details from you. Hang up and block the number!

(There is a momentary beep, then a pause whilst the caller is asked by an automated message to state their name which is then recorded.
