Got a call on 28/01/2013. Don t know who they are, thought I d report it.
Called my elderly mum lying to her saying her washing machine insurance with D&G was ending. NOT ENDING! Spoke about a direct debit and then tried taking a one off payment from her?!?! From my knowledge in working in contact centres/sales I told her to stop the call and to do some research. SCAMMERS trying to rip off anyone they can. Pushy sales, can t even imagine what the service is like once you ve actually signed up!

I rang the number from a different phone to the one they called and reached a recorded message saying it was First Call Group or something similar, and advising to send them an e-mail with phone and e-mail details so they wouldn't contact me again. I've added the number to my blocked list on my mobile and left it at that.
This number called at 7.45am. Unacceptably early. Didn t answer it as was in bed on day off. They didn t leave a message. This is way too early in the morning to be receiving calls from companies or whoever they are.

I missed the call today but as I never answer calls from unknown numbers I am interested in what these fraudsters want. I have now blocked it, but they will try again on a number similar as this and again I will block it as I have before.
