I answered the phone, silence, then a recorded message said they were RMG and they could not connect me to one of their advisers at the moment, If I wish to call them back then they would connect me to an adviser. I have had 3 calls from this number all claiming to BT and requesting I log in for a variety of reasons, first I had a problem with the internet, Secondly they put the phone down when I took the phone from the missus and today apparently my internet was going to be cut off in 3 days. They put the phone down when I requested they tell me what my IP address was. Can t think why. Do not under any circumstances allow them remote access!!!

A mouthy Asian lady would not take yes for an answer and became increasingly agitated. I hung up as she was only on transmit.
Lots of background noise then somebody eventually said Hello then hung up. Did a search on the number and it has been reported on several sites for pretending to be various energy companies.
a company cold called me today offering me £2000 gauranteed in my account in 45 minuets..all i had to do is send them..£110..via a card i get from my local shop..what made things sound dodgy is he was ringing me back ten minuets later asking if i sent the money.i said no as i cant afford £110 pound so he said how much can i afford i said £90 & he agreed to take £90 ..i then thought this was a scam as a legitimate company wouldnt do that..as ive read on some threads this company is a scam....loans & finance
