Called my elderly mother s number but I answered. They asked for her by name, I told them she was unavailable and not to call again. Called again two days later and asked if they were speaking to the lady of the house . When I said no he wanted to ask questions anyway. I told im we don t answer questions or do surveys. Both callers sounded Indian.

They called me pretending to be Windows support stating my ID had been compromised. They were very convincing. Got me to share laptop using Anydesk and also got me to run a WIN+r function. After they didnt call back as promised realized i had been scammed.
The only thing that was said was "please press any key on your telephone keypad" First the house phone, then the mobile, then a short time later the house phone again and the mobile again.
