Received a call today from this number at 10:00am. Didn't take the call, and I don't recognize the number. Wasn't expecting any calls today, and certainly not from Blackpool, so I'm assuming it's an unsolicited call. It's now on my blocked calls list.

Just received a call from this number. Answered it, as I wondered who in San Antonio, Texas would be calling me. A very English lady in a recorded message said she was calling about PPI(!) Utter time wasters.

Claimed I had been awarded £1900 in PPI claim. I no this to be untrue. I have had daily calls of this nature for about 3 weeks from varying mobile numbers. Total scam and unfortunately are convincing enough to trick more vulnerable people so spread the word. They don t like it if you ask them questions, what is their name again, who are they calling from who did I win the claim against, what is the postal address of their business. As soon as I said surely there would be a charge and he said yes, i said well I dont want to pay for anything, he hung up. He had my full name and address and telephone number.
