Telephone 01782256242 was the number I picked up from distinguishes 1471 yet when I google this number it comes up for 01782256242 - someone supposedly from Microsoft asking about my computer at 07:13 in the morning, told him I didn’t have a computer and git cut off

SCAM Auto generated voice claiming that an Amazon order had been made and attempted to get me to sign in with them.
I received a call from this number from an automated system telling me that my debit card had been used for unrecognised transactions and to press 1 to authorise or 2 to speak to my bank. My suggestion is that you do as I did and ignore it.

Fraud - I think. A male with I think and Asian accent called from this number. He asked for me by name and said he was calling from Microsoft then asked if I was the main user of the computer in my hone. I asked "Which Computer is that then?" and he hung up. Another number check site has lots of people checking this number and it appears to be from various different places so I think it must be an attempt to access a persons computer or something like that.
SCAM - Claiming I ordered an iPhone 13 through Amazon, decided to play along. He requested that I put him on speaker phone so he could run through filling a form in. Asked for him to send it through email, he said I (as in myself) am not authorised for email, whatever that means. I queried again that I assume I will be notified through email, and for some reason continued to state I am not authorised. I can't believe the guy actually thought I would enter a random URL in to fill in a form, must be nuts!

This number is from scammers in Birmingham wanting your bank details to repay you home appliance warranty overpayments that do not exist. Usually get three to four calls per week from same people using different numbers. They tell you that you have overpaid and they are from the refund department and can only pay your refund directly into your bank account DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS. It's a scam - someone claimed they are calling from O2 Chinese Customer Service center - they even know my personal details (e.g. name, number, email) and say I am involved with sending spamming text so need to file a record with chinese police. They gave me lots of details to verify their identity that makes them trustworthy. However, I reconfirmed with O2 that this is not their CS number - so it's only a spam call. Beware!
I received a phone call frim this number. stating the obreviation PDCD not the full name of the company. They asked me to call back. They did not mention any reason, why will I call them back!
