Person advised they were calling about PPI, I advised this was a business number and requested that it be taken off their list, they agreed and we said goodbye, all nice and amicable, no need for shouting or rudeness. Rang me a few times, asked me to confirm my address and date of birth, told them that I didn’t give that information out over the phone, they said they would write me a letter but have never received one, then they seem to be texting me once a month asking to call them with a ref number, I don’t see the point if they can’t tel me what it’s about over the phone, they say they want your address for security reasons, and I say I’m not willing to give them details out for security reasons, and so It continues,
