Then wanted details from me !! Total scam and in breach of the rules set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), including specific guidelines about how they contact you. Randomly called said she was from sky and said our internet is slow. Tried to get us to download and app called quick support. This app allows people to remotely access your phone. Very dangerous as the can get so many details this way. We questioned her and she hung up. Called back and metro express answered, Im guessing this number is used for numerous amounts of scams. This number claims to be from HMRC its a scam don't fall for it

Phoned our landline at 10am on 22.03.23. I didn't recognise the number (no one I knew) and so I let the answer machine take it. The caller didn't leave a message.

Got a text claiming to be Santander saying it had my one time passcode for a large payment. If this payment wasn’t me to ring this number. I do not bank with Santander. It’s a scam. Did not attempt to ring the number.

Rang me 5 times in 2 minutes. Repeatedly rang then hung up. No option to call back and when I did pick up on the 5th ring in time, they hung up. Likely some scam artists!
