I have been getting calls from this number multiple times on a daily basis. Manchester appears on my screen when they call. I have now blocked it.
100% the police: following up on a case that they are investigating on my behalf, all information matches up as does the follow-up conversation when I called them back. This number is not specific to a particular police station - while someone mentions Acton above, mine was Westminster - it s still the police though.
