The advisor said they take on personal injury claims (only the minor discomfort kind). Put me through to their internal solicitors. I confirmed the accident details and was told to sign documents that will be sent by email. Got around to the signing a few days letter and was told my claim will now be processed. Warning after scammers threaten to 'suspend National Insurance numbers' automated messages tells "failure to appear at the Magistrates Court will result in the suspension of your National Insurance Number." Victims of the scam were then asked to call a number to "resolve" the issue. "This is a scam. "Do not telephone the number provided, or provide anyone with your personal details, including your bank or credit card information.
They have called me many times. The phone had just rung now with their number being displayed. I have asked and told them to take me off their database but I m still getting these calls
