From 118-online asking for a survey. Don't speak when answered and numerous calls from same number at same time using clogging up all lines so no one else can ring in, meaning our customers get sent to voicemail. Have emailed 118-online [who's website seems a bit dodgy] and had assurances that our number[s] are taken from their list, but that obviously has not happened. So OFCOM here we come.

Since getting new sim this number has called at least twice a day every day including sundays. Glad I ignored it as the first few calls only my children had my number so it was not anyone or business I knew. I had somebody come to the house and quote me on new windows. They said that they were doing a discount because of some government scheme but after quoting me a ridiculous price the salesman informed me that the discount was suddenly going to run out and that I had about 24 hours to agree to buy the windows. The person who came to the house was very polite but the company don t have a good reputation, and the prices are ridiculous, I d recommend not answering.

Oriental sounding woman called who had my full name, telling me that the UK pension rules had changed and that the call was from the Government to advise me on those changes. Asked about what kind of pensions I had. At that point I politely ended the call. seemed to be a fact finding call about me for nefarious reasons. If I want pension advice I can speak to a qualified advisor or look at a website. Sounded as if the call was scripted as she couldn t / wouldn t answer my questions.
