I got scammed like the last two posters on Saturday 26th June, but at Frankley on the M5 at around 11.30am. I reported it to West Midlands Police and to Action Fraud but have not had a follow up from either yet. Silver Vauxhall VIG2342, very convincing and grateful manner, same story about returning from Belgium and needing money to get back to Ireland and feed his children, same mobile number (07721 950844) - also introduced me to his children and happy to show me his ID. I haven't even bothered contacting

This number called me at 7.30pm on a Tuesday. I didn't answer the call as I didn't recognise the number. They didn't leave a voicemail. Couldn't find much info on google about this number. So I rang the number back at 10.30pm and an automated voice told me that I had won some £2500 vouchers etc. I hung up.

He stated that it does not matter as ‘they’ can still access. Stated that I would contact Microsoft directly, he gave me another number, I was rumbled when I said I would call back and he asked for me to repeat the number, I’d not written it down! Microsoft do not engage in unsolicited cold calls, and likely not using mobile number
