This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Had this man call me, telling me iv got dept ,and asking for my home address and how I pay my dept and they be collecting it . I know iv got no dept and also he called me by my fake Facebook name ! I used my fake Facebook name a few days before to fill out a on line survey to win an iPhone . So I recon it's a con and they come and collect dept you to others .
