I was unable to answer the call from this number because my screen was playing up. It did not light up in any way so I couldn't see how to answer or anything. A few minutes later I needed to make a call so I spent some time getting the screen to light up in order to dial out. Surprisingly this number was still calling me. I still didn't answer but waited for it tobgive up, which it eventually did. It must have been calling me for over 5 minutes, which is pretty crazy. Seems probable based on the previous

Dangerour scam from someone claiming to be Amazon and tow large amounts had been charged against my account.
SCAM. Claiming to be calling from Sky. Had a very pronounced Asian accent and claimed to be named Jackie Wilson! When challenged she hung up.
SCAM. They attempt to sell you courses for over £2,000 and insult you if you refuse to buy them. If you ask regards product they have no technical knowledge, but they will keep repeating it's certified while is not.
Hung up when asked to leave a message on answer phone.

This company relates to OAKMOUNT AND PARTNERS LIMITED - Reg No. 07101464 who are fraudsters been scamming people into fake investments such as Carbon Credits, Oil, Metal etc since 2009 that don't exist. They will steal your money in order to feed their lives, you will not receive any returns only complete lies. If you have invested and paid into any of their accounts please contact your local police asap. These fraudsters are also using various fake addresses across Essex.

Possible scam. Women said she was from Amazon and they'd noticed unusual activity on my Mum's account. Told her to press 1 if she hadn't bought something for £700. Mum was suspicious, rang off, got the number by dialing 1471 then rang it back. Women who answered refused to give her name and said she hadn't called Mum and didn't work for a company.

14th Feb 2024 at 1148 - Call claiming that our loft insulation was reaching the end of its warranty life (20 years) and they would like to inspect it - when I told the man that the house was not built 20 years ago and that we did not have a loft, the man rang off immediately.

Asked for me by my first name, (the cheek of it). Then claimed to be from social housing repair, as we all know there is no such company (a legit one anyway). Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. I keep receiving messages in quick succession on my landline answer machine (8 this morning so far). They are clear until the company name is stated, when it becomes muffled. Having looked at the reviews, the calls seem to come from Talk Talk (can hear it is a busy call centre in the background), but I am with BT and have never had any dealings with Talk Talk!
