SCAM Banking scam

Probable scam. Asked me for "Final Payment" on a "contract" (non-existent) for maintaining domestic appliances, saying it was due today, and that a paper receipt would be sent to my hone address, which the caller asked me to verify. When I said the address was correct, I also said he should have sent an invoice earlier, but he then immediately hung up.

Called about 20 times from 8am on a Sunday morning to around 9am on the Monday morning. BT Call Guardian took care of it as the spammers/scammers will never bother to 'announce' themselves... they can't when they're using autodiallers to try and connect to as many number as possible. SCAM This is a proper scam. They are pretending to be ee and they are trying to give you an update. They knew some bits about me when they called but I got suspicious when they started asking for bank details. They changed my account password and ordered an iPhone 14. I called ee straight after I spoke to them as I was suspicious. It turns out they even changed my email as I couldn’t access my account anymore!!!!!!!

100 a scam The caller was a very poor speaker of English who went through a list of questions as though it was some manner of survey then in order to confirm my thank you gift for taking part in the survey the caller asked me to visit a website and download software called Teamviewer which is software they can use to remote control your computer
