This number is from a batch of similar numbers: 07488871686. 07488871703. 07488871758, 07488871735, 07488871757, 07488871649, 07488871624, 07488871560, 07488871705. Many have been missed calls and the rest I let ring out. I rang back and they all have had an answering machine with the same female voice putting me in a queue and at no point saying who they are. Whoever they are, they have the ability to have or create many numbers. They get blocked and move onto another number and call back.

Automated call, said failure to respond would result in charges against me, gave me a case number, seemed to be to do with national insurance, wanted me to press one. I hung up.

This is an actual real firm's number. But the number has been taken over by some scammer who is contacting random people. I did not answer the phone in time, so rang back and the company said they had several people ringing back who had been approached by scammers. Awful for them to be used like this.

I have listed this as scam SCAM but I do answer unknown out of the blue calls. I believe that if the caller dosen't bother to leave a message, it can't be serious and is probably up to no good. As soon as the caller got the answerphone message they immediately killed the call.

Fraud. Text received from them saying they are the "PRA Group. You have a discount". I didn't open the text, but googled PRA Group instead. Apparently they are an American debt collecting agency. Blocked!

Randomly called said she was from sky and said our internet is slow. Tried to get us to download and app called quick support. This app allows people to remotely access your phone. Very dangerous as the can get so many details this way. We questioned her and she hung up. Called back and metro express answered, Im guessing this number is used for numerous amounts of scams. SCAM Called wanting to have my bank details due to a over payment / refund.

It sounded like an automatic voice, I think. It was definitely more than one voice and it didn't seem like a live person talking with me.

This person is scamming people and doing bank fraud and stealing money up to 7-10 thousand pounds everyday.
