Agree with previous commenters. I purchased guttering from them about 10 years ago. Only used them because they had a very long warranty. I also got them to quote for a kitchen about 5 years ago as, they claimed that I would get a preferential discount as I was an existing customer. They were quoting i.r.o. £15K at the time and other reputable companies were between £6K and £9K. Guess which quote I eventually went with? Apparent unsolicited mortgage marketing call. They identified themselves as "Mortgage Review". Refused to answer my questions about who they were and what they wanted and why they had called, insisting I should identify myself first. They then tried to get me to put my wife on the line, becoming more and more irate. I would expect legitimate callers to identify themselves and their business before demanding information.

It was a woman who said she was from microsoft and that my pc had been sending them reports it had been hacked. The pc hasn't been on for weeks and microsoft software doesn't send these reports. This is a scam to get them access to your computer. Do not give them any personal information.
