They are an opportunistic company who work to convert an 'unproductive' vehicle insurance claim into commission for themselves and a payment for you. They do so on the premise that the solicitors retained by the insurance company are working for the company rather than the insured, ergo they will settle quickly and not necessarily in the insureds favour. Called my mobile first then landline. Indian woman saying security breach with my pc. She asked me to switch it on and she would talk me through it. I led her on for a bit then laughed and said I don't own a pc. She hung up.
Constantly calling me about switching to either smart meters or prepayment meters and constantly asking me to catch energy companies. They become very aggressive and irate of you don t listen or refuse to switch. They will ring you up to 5/6 times aday until you block their number. Extremely irritating.
