They rang and then hung up without saying anything. When I called the number back I got a recorded message, didn't say who they were but apparently "my call is very important to them and I will be transferred to the first available agent". I hung up and blocked their number!
This range of London numbers 2034760xxx is used by call centre working for non-profit organisations, mostly connected with Amnesty International, but can be used for different organisations (Unicef, NSPCC - https://www.nspcc.org.uk/) - also reported as robocaller. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?
They want you to ask a number of questions, mainly which way you intend to vote in the EU referendum. I didn't talk for long as I was at work. When you call back you get an american voice saying the number is not in service...

when I answer a call from this number, they automatically dial another number which I would no doubt have to pay for if I did not hang up immediately. I hope these kind of calls can be stopped. I have, in the past, been called by the same method and have been charged for a premium rate number.
Keep phoning and leaving no message, so it's obviously not important. Some sort of low-life scumbags, no doubt.
