'Lloyds Bank' are not in my contacts list. I failed to find on my smartphone a phone number this message came from. I "Blocked sender' on smartphone, will also inform Lloyds directly.
Apparently this man works for Microsoft computers and they have detected that I am having problems with my computer. Received a call like this years ago but here it is raising its ugly head again. They require you to switch on your computer and they will fix it for you. Scam
