Then it will list some recent transactions that their system has flagged as possibly fraudulent. All you then need to do is press 1 to confirm the transactions as your own/authorised by you, or 2 to decline. For me i just had to press 1. For others it may be a matter of pressing 2 and then you may actually have to talk to someone. I cant say for sure.

Often early in the morning and in close succession, there is silence, giggling, but no communication - very disconcerting for them.
