The person(s) calling from this number claimed to be from BT and tried to take over my computer to install a new service. They also demanded payment of £440 and gave a street address known to be false.

An Asian male going by the name of "Mark Bradford" rang is claiming our broadband was going to be disconnected due to suspicious stuff happening on our homehub. He gave me a BT identification number and the phone number to their call centre, when I informed him I was going to verify his credentials, he told me to ring via mobile and that if we hang up the landline, he'll disconnect the Internet then hung up.
