Said they were from Sky. 1st lady's English was not very good and she did not understand my questions. Asked me to google speed test. Did not understand when I asked if that was all one word or 2 words, must be a question asked by others Im sure.. She passed me on to another lady and she was not much better. I ended the call as I felt sure SKY would employ people with better spoken English than this for a customer service job. This felt wrong so Im going to say its dangerouse. no evedence however.

Had a couple of calls from these guys now, they describe themselves as a crime prevention unit but are nothing more than an advertising company, after 10 mins of them telling me they needed my help to name and shame illegal tradesmen I asked if they were anything to do with the police or actual crime prevention at all, at that point the guy got a bit nasty and I ended the call. Avoid.

This number has tried calling me several times in the last couple of weeks; this is the first time I've answered as I didn't recognise the number but suspected it to be a nuisance or unsolicited call. A liverpudlian sounding female asked for me by name and then said "it's about your accident in the last 2 and a half years, is that correct"? It wasn't because I haven't had any accidents so I told the caller just that and they needed to get their facts straight and I wish they'd stop phoning me - at
