I asked more details about nature of company and phone call and an Asian guy took over the conversation, very rude, shouting and asking for details of my car claim. Potential Fraud/Spam/Scam. They were asking to do a survey on energy savings (government scheme?) to see how windows/insulation are in my home. Said I was not interested, but since they called me by my name I asked where they got it from and she said from the Energy Saving Database. ???? what database is that? When I further enquired she said they will mark me as having received it and hang up without further discussion. Trying to dial the number does not even connect.
