Some landline from London area, this is definitelly some call centre, there are more similar numbers reported for calling people. Have seen different reasons of individual calls, just be aware that one number used by the same call centre can be after short period of time used for another purpose. Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing - scam PPI calls. Did someone answer any number of this range?
