Hi, Please take notice of this. There s a group of pester-rats who were called "Direct Assist" who were fined and closed down for nuisance calls. This may well be the same ones dialling people again from a Liverpool number (0151 code), but using/giving out our name direct legal services ltd instead. This is false and delierately misleading. Direct Legal Services Ltd (based in Blackpool), are a genuine law practice, and not in any way connected with those scammers. Action is being taken to hunt them down

Answered the phone as the call was from 0117 Bristol code. I am waiting for an appointment to go for radiotherapy in Bristol so I was keen to answer the phone, but it went dead as I answered I then tried redial using 1471 option 3, as I was anxious but the number came up as I’ll obtainable so its obviously a spam call which was very annoying

I haven't been in an accident at all so I asked her who had told her I'd had an accident and where did she get my number from. She ignored that and asked me again for details of the car accident. I posed the same question again to her. She terminated the call.

This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case this range of numbers 013082890xx is mostly reported in connection with car accident chasers - Have you hade some car accident last x years... Block it.
Didn't answer as I don't know anyone who's number begins with 020 and I've had a few different calls with that prefix all of which were nuisance calls.
