National Insurance scam reporting fraudulent activity with my NI number

Received a call from this number today! Didin't answer as I've had other calls from 01244 codes to do with "accident claims"

Answered this number and they hung up

Pretends to be BT going to cur you off

Weird call about investments, asking for an name I don t recognise. Advised them they must have the wrong number. Caller asked if this was a business line, when told no, ended the call.

Unknown as phone was I m pocket and by the time I gothink it out the phone had ended

It seemed to be one of those calls about mis-selling of PPI claims but it was a person rather than an automated call. I didn't listen for long enough to find out.

Call about national energy checks. Guy sounded local so BEWARE.

Call from Indian Call Centre to house phone. Caller refused to give name and asked general questions. I cut him off and told him the call was being monitored and recorded. Phone went dead immediately ! !

Telepest. People from India claiming to do election research on behalf of something called NQR, and they keep ringing repeatedly - probably a scam that starts by pretending to be a survey. They keep ringing even if you tell them not to.
