This is Clearanswer call centre Hull, orange have an external contract with them so realisticly they are working on behalf of orange. Its not a scam the promotions are genuine. Basically they do work for orange to help them out. I believe they also have a contract with Talk Talk. They ask if you have a mobile as you could change it at anytime. This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range 011326500xx just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients. They had called me on about 6 previous occasions before i answered. Said they were from BT and E and had taken over EE who were my service provider and could offer me discounted calls . I asked if they were already my service provider why weren't they discounting me anyway. They then got round to asking me if I used a landline for making business calls. Not clear what the purpose of the call was and have blocked them.
