Agree with previous commenters. I purchased guttering from them about 10 years ago. Only used them because they had a very long warranty. I also got them to quote for a kitchen about 5 years ago as, they claimed that I would get a preferential discount as I was an existing customer. They were quoting i.r.o. £15K at the time and other reputable companies were between £6K and £9K. Guess which quote I eventually went with? Please please if anybody else has charges from these numbers contact the communication ombudsman. currently according to o2 they are aware of this scam but refuse to be held responsible for just handing over money to scammers without contacting me. Just to note if it were your bank they would contact you about fraudulent activity, put a stop to the charges and refund you. O2 refuses to do any of this.
