A few years ago my Dad bought a washing machine but was out of town when they were delivering it. He gave them my mobile number so I could drive home from work to accept the delivery. Called but did not leave a message therefore didn't ring back! Read the tips and then blocked the number. Had a useful tip from a mate, when they ask if you have had an accident, reply YES and say that you have been trying to get hold of a claims management company because the accident killed three people - they soon hang up!
