Agree with previous commenters. I purchased guttering from them about 10 years ago. Only used them because they had a very long warranty. I also got them to quote for a kitchen about 5 years ago as, they claimed that I would get a preferential discount as I was an existing customer. They were quoting i.r.o. £15K at the time and other reputable companies were between £6K and £9K. Guess which quote I eventually went with? Very aggressive man called yesterday and today from Capita Investments.(or similar sounding name). I asked him to remove my name from database, but he got very aggressive, and kept on interrupting me. The background noise sounds like a big office of telemarketers.
