This was the usual HMRC scam with an American voice threatening me with all kinds of legal sanctions. The call came and interrupted an important Zoom call I was involved in. The perpetrators should be hunted down and have the book thrown at them. That’s putting it politely.

Claimed I had been awarded £1900 in PPI claim. I no this to be untrue. I have had daily calls of this nature for about 3 weeks from varying mobile numbers. Total scam and unfortunately are convincing enough to trick more vulnerable people so spread the word.
