I was trying to dig some info on the internet, don't want to call them back until I know who might be calling but no luck. Some idea who is it?

Missed call Rang me x 2 on WhatsApp but didn’t leave a message. Strange that although my phone was right by my side it never actually rang, so must assume it’s a scam of some sort as the number should be 01 something if it’s a land line in the UK or 07 something if mobile in the UK.
This is an utterly fake no. as ALL nos. for Chorley, Lancashire (Coppull is a village to the SW of Chorley) have 6 digits after the area code of 01257.
