TAXES / HMRC Automated call Fraud Ai voice stated the call was from hmrc, about a supposed letter from them that was returned, that I'm now facing legal action and press 1 to continue. Hung up at this point

this number called me and then left me a 2 minute blank voice mail, no background noise or anything, have not called back, area code says the call was from Scotland
SCAM said she was from virgin media and I had a fault with my internet connection, then asked me about the lights on my router and what they were doing when I queried the questions and her proof that she was from the company she started to waffle on so I told her to venture forth and multiply, she put the phone down, how rude
They keep saying that they are a utility company they leave a voicemail and say that they will call back later but they never do
