I had a minor motor incident and claimed on the other driver s policy 2 years ago. These ****s call me EVERY day, sometimes twice a day, despite me telling them not tonand asking to have my no. removed from their database. They know Ive made some kind of claim. Her insurer MUST have sold my no. illegally (data protection). Sadly i didnt keep the insurer s details.

So tedious - calling about the accident I had within the last two years - did I have one? I don t know - you tell me...

Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. I get a call at least twice a week and I m sure it s the same company as well but I ve never had ppi claim thing, but when you call the number back it says something about claiming a delayed holiday fight. I have been getting regular calls from this number. The first few times I told them I wasn t interested and to remove my number, requests not actioned. Different people same spiel! Obviously an offshore telemarketing operation located in Asia somewhere. Have given up hanging up. They use other numbers too because I now recognise their voices. I have blocked this number and several of their other numbers. They simply get another number and try again!!!

The Trust Deed People they may claim to be. But ask yourself this question. How many Trust Deeds have they realistically administered? What other alternatives will they suggest? How much will they make from your case? Is a company based in England familiar with the nuances of Scottish insolvency? Always do your research. Good luck to you whatever you decide.
