Sounded like a call center. Gentleman with an Indian accent. Calling from 'My Preferences' when I queried this he hung up. No idea what kind of call this was! But suspect a scam of some sort.
A Manchester number, so thought is was someone I know. However it was an unpleasant person who identified themselves as being from a company called Motor Investigations. He wanted to talk about insurance. I asked him why he was calling and he was aggressive. I hung up. Definitely a scam of some sort.

I contacted them that I have dealt with PayPal directly as they are not trustworthy and it is not my problem if PayPal did not inform them. Today they left me a voice message calling me a b * t c h.
