As with previous comments, I had a call from an Indian gentleman on 002389001076 and had been chosen at random - the UK government does not do this type of thing so I knew it was a scam. Said they were from eBay and asking if I knew about Fast and Free shipping. On questioning further said they were not eBay but were company called Interact CC from Richmond. Their dialling code is Tarporley, Cheshire though. eBay HQ is based in Richmond. Anyway it seemed like a scam and he hung up when I asked more questions
