This company is one of the most helpful financial solutions companies i have ever spoken to. I have been reccommedmbed to them by several people for an iva and they have saved my life. Number unknown, which I usually ignore but as I m waiting for an overnight package I wondered if it was them calling re delivery, so I answered. It was a female caller with (what sounded like) a Chinese accent. She said she was calling on behalf of Telephone Preference Service. I didn t believe it and hung up - but they have rung another twice since then (4 hours ago.)

When I answered the call the guy said Hi this is UK Advice Centre, how are you? I asked what the call was regarding and the line was disconnected. Obviously looking for a less inquisitive person!
