I always receive most unknown telephone calls altogether over a 24 hour period and then get nothing for 1-2 weeks. Getting calls from this number everytime I answer they hang up.

Phone rang, I picked it up, voice garbled something as these people always do to introduce themselves. Of course I could not make out one word of it. I said "Mumble that again in English." he said, "pardon, So I said very slowly and deliberately as if talking to a two year old "Mumble that again in English." He then put the phone down.
