When I asked him for the identity of the PC and its serial number so I could identify which of the 200 PCs at my location was the issue he blathered a bit and then when I asked him which of the Police Constables he wished to speak to he hung up. Called me on 29th June claiming to be O2. Told them I wasn t interested. Received a further call on 1st July.

Called my mobile regarding an accident I had that was not my fault. Asked where got info from & she said National Accident Statistics. Said info is wrong not had accident fault or non fault as don t even drive & she said will removed my name from their database - but I doubt she will though

somebody who works for the phone company told me they purposely have setup computers to automatically call peoples houses and then hang up. they said it makes the phone company profit by people simply answering and hanging up due to the lines being used. its a timewasting tactic. simply ignore it

The lady texted and said sorry for wrong text . upon asking she said she live in another country but has studied and worked in UK hence she has this number. Not sure if its trustworthy or not

Very bubbly sounding lady called Leslie, on a terrible line, called from this number. Claimed to be from some kind of insurance company, said the information had come from the "Road Traffic Accident Commission" or similar. Apparently I was in an accident that wasn t my fault. After asking her to repeat her company name, and pointing out that I hadn t had an accident, she hung up on me.

Some Fri 4 and 5pm calls unanswered. Return the call now and the line has canadian ish voice saying line is deactivated...but on the bill its 27 pence each time! Telecom should investigate its apparent support of criminal activity. Obviously money extortion racket. Criminal scum

Called yesterday 19Aug by a women with a very strong Asian accent. She wanted me to turn on my computer as BT had requested her to help me with my router, that was showing a fault, and she could talk me through the repair. I asked her to call back in half an hour as I was busy. I then checked the number that she had called on and it was not recognised. Contacted BT and they confirmed that this was a scam.that

Receiving calls about boiler replacement every couple of days and I am now about to put it on my Truecall machine. The best ?100 I ever spent. I seldom get nuisance cals these days but as soon as I have time I Google them to check authenticity, then put them on the Truecall if not trusted. I am hard of hearing, most know this and I seldom get calls now unless important.

I have been getting regular calls from this number. The first few times I told them I wasn t interested and to remove my number, requests not actioned. Different people same spiel! Obviously an offshore telemarketing operation located in Asia somewhere. Have given up hanging up. They use other numbers too because I now recognise their voices. I have blocked this number and several of their other numbers. They simply get another number and try again!!!

I just had a call from them & never picked it up. Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. Southwest water advising via a sms messaging that there is a problem with water in area, Do not help themselves as say message comes from another number, speak so fast it is impossible to get it down, abd also the website sounds like it is Luigi something, had 3 calls one recorded second one they didnt play message and third i managed to listen to,,some credibility as no water for nearly 6hours today
