Read the comments after googling this number 01254686360 which was left on my phone (1471) no message left on my 1571.. So thanks to the comments previously left I will not be answering it or if I do I will be ready with subsequent replies... Thanks to previous "posters" on this site :-)

I just had a call from them & never picked it up. Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. I am surprised nobody else has clicked on to this yet......Doesn t sound too dodgy to me. Obviously Adrian has opted for no marketing calls from Carphone Warehouse themselves. Caller claimed that our internet would be cut off within 24 hours, press 1 for a technician who would provide an IP address. Smells of scam!

Called yesterday 19Aug by a women with a very strong Asian accent. She wanted me to turn on my computer as BT had requested her to help me with my router, that was showing a fault, and she could talk me through the repair. I asked her to call back in half an hour as I was busy. I then checked the number that she had called on and it was not recognised. Contacted BT and they confirmed that this was a scam.that

I rang this number back its 1st call group. Did google search, it's a PPI selling group. Looks dodgy. The times they call are not normal business hours.

Second call to my mobile a few days after the call reported below. On this occasion they did not hang-up. Young woman said she was calling from A**** Assurance about my accide...
