A little late here, granted. We are the actual Road Traffic Solutions Limited. We are a Traffic Management company based in Scunthorpe, operating nationwide. We are NOT in any way associated to the people making these calls. They use our name as a cover. We have reported this to the relevant authorities on a number of occasions. There is, unfortunately, very little they can do.

I just had a call from them & never picked it up. Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. Continuously calling until I eventually answered. Mumbled the company name so that I couldn t catch it before launching into his script. Wanted me to complete a household preference survey which they would sell on, creating more nuisance phone calls. I always refuse.

This call came about half an hour after the last, and was easily recognisable because of the usual crackling. I bellowed "Hello" loudly enough to burst the caller s eardrums, and that put an end to it.
