Very poor line. A caller with a strong Indian accent claimed to be calling from BT claiming that somebody had been using my internet connection without my permission. I have had various calls of this nature from other numbers recently, one of them asking for remote access to my computer. They hung up when I told them that I had recently checked the hub admin screen and had seen no evidence of misuse.

Have seen different reasons of individual calls, just be aware that one number used by the same call centre can be after short period of time used for another purpose. The caller claimed they received the data from LV and hung up. Of course it is fraud. I don't drive. They are using data outside the scope of the DPA and I am sure that if 'One Legal' were any sort of insurer or legal practitioner, their professional body would love to hear the details too.
