The guy said he was from Ecosave Power, which, having read the above, was true. However, he then asked if I had received my renewal paperwork, so I asked if he could tell me who my energy supplier was (I have recently changed suppliers, so would not be expecting any renewal paperwork yet). He said he would call me back - I said no, I can hold on, so he hung up. If that s not suspicious, what is?!

Claiming to be calling from Scottish Power regarding my account which I don t have with them.

Constantly calling asking for my partner on my personal phone, unsure how they ve got my number and his name but it s beginning to fuck me off. Had a phone call at 5.30 on 28/10/14 asking did I have payment protection on my cards for my bank accounts.

Called I answered and nobody there.

Called numerous times including twice today. No message left, very annoying.

Young guy called my mums home number (she s in her 70 s) and said that she had over paid money in to her bank and they needed to refund it and started asking for date of birth so she hung up. Be very careful with company! Avoid speaking to them!!!!
