Got sent 12 messages yesterday saying "Your Uber code is.....".! I texted back STOP - let's see what happens. This is very annoying.
This number has rung a few times but now gets intercepted by our BT Call Blocker phone. (There is a momentary beep, then a pause whilst the caller is asked by an automated message to state their name which is then recorded. If they do this the phone then rings and the system plays back the caller s name and we have the option to accept, reject or permanently block the caller). In the case of 01422 507247 they must just hang up, but ringing 1471 reveals their number, so they haven t even got the nous to w
