These people keep calling me but when i speak they do not seem to hear me. I ve now got caller ID and will not answer them again. They are ringing at least twice every day but i think the delay means that they are not in this country. Really really annoying. I am planning to call Pet Plans head office on Monday and complain.

These people call me at least 3 times a day, and it has been going on for months. This number comes from a agency in London working on behalf of the times newspaper. If you answer them tell them you want their registered address so you can bill them ?10 per minute, that ll get rid of them, but if the do recall then send them a invoice sent as tracked, and they have to pay you if you pursue to a small debt court. That should get rid of them once and for all. Local Police also informed
