My service provider advised me previously, that unless they know who they are, they can t do anything about it. The lady Bhavisa told me they are the MORTGAGE ADVICE SERVICE, HOME FINANCE . So, if you re experiencing nuisance calls you can advise your service provider who they are, and they can then deal with them. Together we can stop them!

Rang this morning at 9.12am and said they were Utilia (or similar) ringing about my gas and electric supply and smart meters. Said I wasn't interested and put the phone down, they've now rung a further 4 times at 13.17, 14.07,14.43 and 16.53. I haven't answered these later calls and consider them to be bordering on harassment.

I've heard of this scam where they will pretend to help but really talk you through downloading something which will allow them to access your computer. I blocked the number when the call ended.
