Apparently they are RTB UK Ltd I checked their site http://www.rtbuk.net/ it shows to be a debt collection agency. I would not trust them because they called my number looking for my brother who doesn t even live in the country!!! They would not tell me how they got it in the first place. Stay away.

There have been news reports that these type of stickers are used by criminals to identify which properties can later be burgled.
