The fact is that if you install a new boiler it has to have this rating but it does not refer to existing ones. Not only have I pressed the button to be removed from their database numerous times, I actually press the button to speak to them and told them I am not a householder and that their information is wrong and to remove me from their database, which they said they would. We invested in a home phone with a "nuisance call block" which, much like a mobile phone, allows us to save and block numbers. It s not quite the end of nuisance calls, BUT by googling every unknown number and diligently saving and blocking every nuisance call, we have seen a massive drop in the calls, we re down to approx 1-2/week when we were getting 4-7 calls/day.
